The Hong Kong International Exhibition Group (HKIE) has been hosting the "Hong Kong Travel Expo" since 2024. The "Hong Kong Travel Expo 2025" last February achieved record attendance, a 27% increase over last year's event, and received widespread acclaim. In response to the public's growing demand for one-stop travel information and products, the HKIE announced that the "Hong Kong Travel Expo (Autumn Edition) 2025" will be held again from September 25 to 28, 2025, at Hall 5FG of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, co-organized by the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong.
This expo aims to bring travel enthusiasts a diverse array of travel products and incredible deals, allowing them to compare travel platforms, access the latest travel information, and plan the most suitable and cost-effective itineraries. The expo will feature over 50 travel-related lectures and performances, as well as a special "Travel Knowledge King" prize-giving zone, offering prizes such as cruise packages, hotel packages, and local tours. The first 500 attendees each day will also receive a free travel SIM card (terms and conditions apply). Furthermore, spending with a designated Mastercard amount will enter a lucky draw for a chance to win round-trip tickets for two to Tokyo, Okinawa, Beijing, and other destinations, theme park tickets, and more. Over 5,700 prizes, valued at over HK$350,000, will be given away. Mascot parades and meet-and-greets will also add to the fun.
In addition, the Expo will host the "Travel. Photography. Exhibition" for the first time, with the theme of "A Thousand Mile Journey, Photographing the Moment", showcasing the wonderful works of many photographers and travel enthusiasts, leading the audience to explore the natural landscapes and cultural customs of local and overseas, and inspire travel inspiration.
